We are currently accepting applications for all ongoing medical, non-medical, and event volunteer opportunities. Please note that there is a minimum commitment for some roles due to the amount of training involved.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are essential to the operation and growth of the Matthews Free Medical Clinic. In addition to volunteer opportunities in the clinic, MFMC hosts special events throughout the year, including our Hearts & Hands Benefit fundraiser.
We are always looking for non-medical volunteers as well as medical volunteers. These include, but are not limited to Front Desk Volunteers, Special Events, Physicians, Nurses, Medical Assistants, Dietitians, Social Workers, Phlebotomists, Medical Interpreters, and others. These special volunteers are greatly appreciated and help to improve our ability to reach out to those in need in our community.
